WHY UPGRADE ?

The benefits of upgrading a machine you already own may equal the gains of purchasing new, but at a far lower cost and with faster implementation. You can focus your spending on solving a problem or shortcoming. Don't be afraid to "Think Small"! Maybe all you need is to replace some obsolete or unreliable circuitry to greatly improve productivity.

The benefits to a machine upgrade can include:

  • Shortened cycle times
  • Improved machine throughput
  • Greater functionality
  • Increased machine utilization
  • Increased production uptime due to system reliability
  • Scrap reduction

POPULAR UPGRADES

Smart Cure: This feature allows the onboard PLC to determine when the adhesive has been properly cured and automatically ends the curing cycle. This feature eliminates the need for the operator to monitor the curing cycle and manually setting the RF cycle timer for various press charges. The benefit of this system is that the panels are always cured “just right”. The cycle is not to short, resulting in poor quality panels and the cycle is not to long, wasting valuable production time.

Automatic Power Control: This upgrade eliminates the need for the operator to adjust the power control by manually turning to power control wheel. An electric motor is mounted inside the generator enclosure and will automatically increase the output power of the generator to achieve and maintain the preselected power level. The power will be reset to minimum at the end of each press cycle.

High / Low Power: This feature allows the operator to select the most desireable voltage level by a selector switch located at the operators' control console.

Dwell Timer: Is an adjustable timer that is located at the operators' control station that will allow the material to remain under pressure after the curing cycle has cpmpleted, allowing the adhesive to cool for a few seconds before opening the press.
